She holds a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid. She completed her university studies at the Faculties of Political Science and Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. She also completed a Master’s Degree in Labour Law and Social Security at the University of Valencia and Fundació Universitat Empresa de Valencia.
After working as an Administration Technician in the Inspection and Urban Discipline Section of the City Council of Valladolid, she began her preparation for access to the Judicial and Prosecutorial Careers.
She worked as a substitute Prosecutor in León and Ponferrada (León) and developed her work as a substitute Judge in the Juvenile Court of Palencia and in the Court of First Instance and Instruction of Carrión de los Condes (Palencia).
She has extensive experience as a lawyer specialising in procedural and economic criminal law.
