Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Career civil servant in the Corps of Lawyers, Special Administration, Group A1, of the Community of Madrid, since 2002.
He has been Coordinating Lawyer of the Community of Madrid, Deputy Director General of Litigation and General Secretariat, Head of the Legal Service of the Vice-Presidency, Department of Culture and Sport and Government Spokesman and Coordinating Lawyer of the Civil and Criminal Department.
He has been a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Regional Government of Madrid since 2016 and Secretary of this advisory body since 2017.
He is the author of several publications in the Revista Jurídica de la Comunidad de Madrid, Revista de la Asamblea de Madrid, Thomson Reuters and Tirant lo Blanch.
He also holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership for Public Management from IESE Business School-University of Navarra.
